Flow Variance Termination
Dear Ms. Bose:
Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) has performed extensive repairs and
maintenance at Lower Bucks Lake Dam and Grizzly Forebay Dam this summer, part of
Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
(FERC) Project No. 619.
In Orders dated May 7, 2020 and October 30, 2020, FERC approved a variance from the
minimum stream flow and minimum reservoir elevation requirements under License Article
13. The Orders required that the licensee filea report notifying FERC the variance had
terminated within 15 days of variance completion. On November 30, 2020, the temporary
variance of minimum stream flow and reservoir elevation was complete.
