GoodeveningButteCountyBoardofSupervisorsandClerkoftheBoard, As I have written before to you, the homeless situation is out of control in Chico. Our community is being eroded one ton of trash and one tent at a time. Our City Council should not have to expend city taxpayer funding for the situation. Their area is enforcement of our ordinances and maintenance of our city infrastructure. It is the County and the State who needs to attend to this critical homelessness, drugs and mental health issues.
