I am sick and tired of feeling unsafe and watching my community and its citizens being
destroyed. I am witnessing our constitution being hacked by elected officials who are
supposed to have the GREATER GOOD of citizens in Butte County as their point of focus.
When I think of how deeply our community members are being decimated, in particular, the
teenager Grace from CUSD whose mother tells the story of her daughter, who took her own
life because human elements of Graces' life were destroyed by covid hypervigilance, (CUSD
meeting video) I take acts with consequences of death and destruction very seriously. This
covid hypervigilance is treason and conspiracy and is resulting in the psychological abuse of
our youth and tragedy to families very. I am haunted by Graces mothers story and knowing
she has to deal with this loss forever. Wake up Butte County Supervisors!
This board was sworn into an oath with the California Constitution and is obliged to uphold
that oath at all times.
Time spent on urban and social agendas (that lead to destruction) and anti Constitutional
actions from members of this board, particularly Lucero and Ritter, need to stop. As a resident
and concerned citizen of Butte County, I would like to address blatant tyranny and promotion
of treason and fraud in Supervisors Lucero and Ritter's social media communication and
actions within our county.
Supervisor Ritter was nominated to represent our County in a meeting regarding the Healthy
Communities Resolution. Supervisor Ritter has refused to take knowledge of her role on this
committee and failed to report back to the community any information regarding this meeting
and resolution. Our community is spiraling downward due to corona hypervigilance and this
resolution is a step in the right direction. We are waiting for this board to agendize, with or
without Ritters biased input. I feel unsafe when a board member denies me equal access under
the law!
Supervisor Ritter, as a delegate on CSAC, is another instrument for her to use to attack our
current system of government and the civil liberties of the citizens of Butte County. In my
observation, this organization is unnecessary (we have 5 elected board members) therefore, in
essence, its policies are subversive to the California Constitution. Supervisor Ritter has shown
herself to be in collusion in matter of the separation of church and state with Andy Pickett (10-
27 BOS meeting video) Further, her alignment with an outside county organization that does
not have our communities greater good as its focus is beyond concerning. Currently, corona
hypervigilance is destroying our civil liberties, economy and system of government.
According to the Constitution Ritter swore an oath to protect, her actions are proven to be not
only contrary to that oath but treasonous to the state of California and this nation.
Superivors Lucero is openly promoting election fraud on her social media account. Alex
Padilla's fake Senate APPOINTMENT by a governor who is currently being sued and recalled
by the people of this state is out right treason. No temporary status is mentioned nor any future
elections being discussed in this post. How can I feel safe knowing my BOS member is
participating in the destruction of our sacred institutions such as a fair and equal election
process? Using the Facebook platform, Lucero has a hand in the current dismantling of the
California election code, our constitutional rights, she promotes citizens living like animals in
the park or a "new" encampment via the True North foundation. Further she is causing harm to
California and its people in her blatant disregard of the oath she willingly swore to secure her
position on this board.
On a local level, Supervisors Lucero and Ritter are the machine behind the social and
economic destruction the citizens of Butte County are experiencing. Lucero and Ritter, it's
high time to STOP ignoring your oath to this Constitution and start uphold its doctrines.
STOP manipulating your position on the BCBOS to normalize tyranny, anti constitutional
actions and materialize the destrucution of the state of California and this nation. I've had
enough of your policies coming via the CLC, CSAC, True North, et. al
It's way past time for Supervisors Lucero and Ritter to get into Butte County chambers and
stop conducting County business from the relaxed environment of your home. It is apparently
causing them to forget major things about how our system of government is run and by whom.
It appears both have forgotten you are working for the people of Butte County in respect to
the constitutional oath and its service of the community of Butte County.
Let me clarify, for the record, you answer to the people; not the California League of Cities or
CSAC or whatever council or caucus is hot for the day. Their agendas are a form of social and
urban political engineering, anti constitutional in nature, disruptive to our existing
governmental system and freedom of choice..
At this point, it is fair to say that Supervisors Lucero and Ritter have earned the right to be
indicted on charges of conspiracy, fraud and treason. Get on board with the Constitution or get
off our BCBOS. You're not serving US, your fired ok!
