The third field is blank - type “ZDN”, then click search. 2. You will see all the ZDN (currently ZDN13-0001 through ZDN21-0001). If you prefer, you can click on the Project Number column to sort starting with the most current decision. 3. Click on any one of the rows to view the project. Minor Use Permit MUP20-0006 Applicant: Stott Outdoor Advertising Owners: Jasbir & Surinder K. Kullar Project: Minor Use Permit MUP20-0006 Planner:Austin Forde APN: 021-170-052 G.P.: Industrial (I) Zoning: Heavy Industrial (HI) Location: The project parcel is located west of Highway 99, 200 ft. south of W. Liberty Rd., and just south of the Gridley city limits. Project Description: The project proposes to convert the 12’ x 25’ static north and south faces of an existing off-site sign (35’ in height) to a digital off-site display in two phases. Phase 1 will entail the conversion of the northern sign face and Phase 2 the conversion of the southern sign face. Phase 2 will occur within 3 years of Phase 1. No changes are proposed to the existing steel structure that was permitted under Use Permit UP18-0003 and Building Permit B18-2632 and built to accommodate the additional weight of a digital face. CEQA Determination: Staff recommends finding the project categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) provisions under 14 CCR Section 15301.
