Dirt and Aggregate Interchange, Inc. to start work on Pulga
Road Metal Beam Guardrail Replacement Project on
February 1, 2021
Butte County, Ca—Dirt and Aggregate Interchange, Inc. will start work on the Pulga Road
Metal Beam Guardrail Replacement Project on February 1, 2021. The Pulga Road Metal
Beam Guardrail Replacement Project will provide for removal of guardrail that was damaged
during the Camp Fire Incident. The project will remove and replace 1,850 LF of metal beam
guardrail.
Road closures will be in place during construction operations beginning Monday, February 1,
2021, and will continue through Friday, February 12, 2021, excluding weekends. Road
closures will be in place from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
AllworkisbeingperformedinstrictconformancewithStateandLocalCOVID-19social
distancing rules and hand sanitization guidelines, with the goal of keeping our critical
infrastructure repairs movingforward.
The Butte County Public Works Department has been serving its residents since 1850,
providing costeffectiveroadwaymaintenanceservices.TheDepartmentmaintains
approximately1,300miles of roadways, over 500 bridges and drainage structures and more
than 18,000 roadsigns.
