Dear Mr. Nimick:
This is in response to letters dated November 16, 2020, December 4, 2020, and
December 16, 2020 from Ms. Elisabeth Rossi that submitted the 2021 planned outage
schedules for the projects listed in Table 1 of the Enclosure. The schedule for the outages
November 16, 2020 letterDecember 4, 2020
and December 16, 2020 letters, is acceptable.
