Dear Mr. Blackett:
In a letter to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), dated May 8, 2020, the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (FERC) granted authorization for construction of PG&E Grizzly Forebay
Dam Low Level Outlet Modification project, part of the Bucks Creek-Grizzly Hydroelectric Project,
FERC No. 619.
Construction of the Grizzly Forebay Dam Low Level Outlet Modification project was completed on
September 2, 2020. Enclosed you will find the Final Construction Report which includes as-built
drawings and verified construction certifications from the Design Engineer, Quality Control Manager,
and Licensee (PG&E).
Due to the ongoing shelter-in-place orders issued by the State of California in response to the
COVID-19 pandemic, non-essential PG&E staff are currently working remotely, and hard copy filings
are not possible at this time. If you require a hard copy of the letter and/or enclosure, please provide
this request in your response and copies will be sent after the shelter-in-place restrictions have been
lifted and PG&E staff have returned to their normal work locations.
Should you have questions, license coordinator, Jamie Visinoni, at (530)
215-6676.
Sincerely,
Teri Smyly
