Re: 18 CFR 12.10(a) Report for August 2020 1-12 Wildfire Impacts to the Butte Canal
Dear Mr. Nimick:
This is in response to a letter dated September 17, 2020 from Ms. Elisabeth Rossi
that submitted information regarding the August 2020 1-12 wildfire impacts to the Butte
Canal, which is part of the DeSabla-Centerville Project, FERC No. 803. The submittal
for this incident satisfies the intent of the incident reporting requirements under 18 CFR
12.10(a) and we have no further comments.
We appreciate your continued efforts in this aspect of the Commisdam
