In case any of you receive questions regarding scheduling vaccine appointments, please see below
and feel free to share this message widely.
We knew this time was coming and it is definitely here. We have more people wanting the vaccine
than we have vaccine and clinic appointments. We have to continue to ask people to remain patient
as we wait for more vaccine.

Hello all - we have received over 300 calls to call center this morning. It is crashing the system.
If anyone calls TODAY trying to book a vaccine appointment, please tell them:
All #Covid19Vaccine clinics are full. There are no available appointments to book. Public
Health will let the public know when more clinics are open. Please DO NOT CALL the COVID
Call Center to try to schedule your appointment. We are receiving too many calls this
morning and it is impacting our network. Please SHARE. Thank you! Lisa
