Skype VoIP System Partial Outage

Incident Update
We have been working with one of our network service providers to determine the cause of the
outage. Shortly after submitting a ticket at 10:30 we noticed symptoms improving. At this point, the
system appears to have stabilized with calls no longer dropping.
We are awaiting more information from our vendor as to the cause and resolution of this incident. I
will send an additional update to you once we receive final word from our vendor or if instability
returns to the VoIP system.

Skype VoIP System Partial Outage

Incident Summary
We are presently experiencing an intermittent connectivity issue with our Skype VoIP system.
Inbound and outbound calls from our organization are effected and may not be able to be
completed. We are working to diagnose the issue and hope to have a resolution shortly.
