Board Members,
I’m happy to report that the sewer line has been made functional at the Admin Building so we’re
back to fully functional water/sewer. That being said, the repair job revealed that the pipe is
disintegrating and will need to be replaced sooner rather than later.
We will be looking at what this actually means in terms of options, cost, and timing, and will go to
the Board to present this once we know.
