state.Thefirstisthemostimportant.
1.Healthcare –Controlhealthcareandyoucontrolthepeople.
2.Poverty –IncreasethePovertylevelashighaspossible;poorpeopleareeasierto
controlandwillnotfightbackifyouareprovidingeverythingforthemtolive.
3.Debt –Increasethedebttoanunsustainablelevel.Thatwayyouareableto

7.Religion –RemovethebeliefintheGodfromthegovernmentandschools.
8.Class Welfare –Dividethepeopleintothewealthyandthepoor.Thiswillcause
moredisconnect,anditwillbeeasiertotake(tax)thewealthywiththesupportof
thepoor.
