HomeMy WebLinkAbout21-011WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the County of Butte due to severe storms of rain, wind
and snow that took place on February 14 through February 28, 2019, known as the February 2019 Storms, in
accordance with the, proclamation made by the Chief Administrative Officer on the 281h clay of February, 2019
and reaffirmed and ratified by the Board of Supervisors on the 5th day of March, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme peril is now deemed to be within the
control of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment and facilities within the County of Butte.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, does hereby proclaim the termination of said local emergency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 2611 day of January, 2021, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
