NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Seodem 12 of
Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte entitled "440 -Development Services" by adding there to the following:

Thereby increasing total allocations bw1.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 13 of
Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte entitled "320 -District Attorney" by deleting there from the following:

Thereby decreasing total allocations by 2.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE [TRESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 20 of
Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte entitled "540 -Public Health" by adding there to the following:

Health Laboratory Technician (term toend 2/2Q/ZO22)

And deleting:

Thereby leaving total allocations unchanged.
