The County Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves the submission to the State of California of one or
more application(s) in the aggregate amount, not to exceed, of $1,455,000 for the following CDBG'M|TIGAT|ON
activities, pursuant tothe December MIT PPS NOFA:
Evacuation Planning $455,000

Total $1,455,000
The County acknowledges compliance with all state and federal public participation requirementshnthe development uf
its application.
The County hereby authorizes aimddirects the ChiefAdnministrative Officer, ordesignee, to execute and deliver all
applications and act on the County's behalf in all matters pertaining to alil such appIlication.
If a:mapplication isapproved, the Chief Administrative Officer, ordesignee, isauthorizedtoenterinto,execute and
deliver the grant agreement (.e,Standard Agreement) and any and all subsequent amendments thereto with the State
ofCalifornia for the purposes ofthe, grant.

Requests and all required reporting forms and other documentation as may be required by the State of California from
time to time in connection with the grant.
