WHEREAS, on November 4, 2020, the Board of Supervisors adopted Urgency Ordinance No. 4190, amending.
Chapter 54 "North Complex Fire Recovery„ of the Butte County Code; and
WHEREAS, Section 54-17QAj of Chapter 54 provides that the Board of Supervisors may set a deadline for the
submission of an acceptable application for the Alternative Fire Debris Removal Program; and
WHEREAS, the County's Alternative Fire Debris Removal Program and application became available by November
5, 20201; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County 'Board of Supervisors hereby establishes April 1, 2021,
as the deadline for submission of acceptable County Alternative Fire Debris Removal Program applications.
