BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:

The County Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves the submission to the State of California of
one, or more application(s) in the aggregate amount, not to exceed $1,018,601 for the following CDBG-CV2 and
CV3 activities, pursuant to the December 2020 CDBG-CV2 and CV3 Notice of Available Funding (NOFA):
List of Activities and Amounts
Public Services — Older Adult Home Delivery Nutrition Relief $200,101
Public Services — Public Health, COVID Testing and Vaccination Response $392,634
General Administration $88,569
TOTAL $,681,304
The County of Butte acknowledges compliance with all state and federal public participation requirements in the
development of it applications.

The County of Butte hereby authorizes and directs the Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute and
deliver all applications and act on the County's behalf in all matters pertaining to all such application.

If an application is approved, the Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, is authorized to enter into, execute
and deliver the grant agreement (Le., Standard Agreement) and any and all subsequent amendments thereto with
the State of California for the purposes of the grant.
If an application is approved, the Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, is authorized to sign and submit Fund
Requests and all required reporting forms and other documentation as may be required by the State of California
from time to time in connection with the grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Board of Supervisors hereby adopt the resolution and allow
the Chair to sign.
PASSES► AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte held on this 23rd
day of February, 2021, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
