BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:
SECTION 1:
The County Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves the submission to the State of California
("State") of application(s) to add additional funding to the County's existing CDBG-CV1 Standard Agreement with
the State ("Standard Agreement") for the following new CDBG-CV2 and CV3 activities pursuant to the State's
December 2020 CDBG-CV2 and CV3 Notice of Funding Availability ("NOFA"):

The County acknowledges compliance with all state and federal public participation requirements in the
development of it application(s) for the new CDBG-CV2 and CV -3 activities described in Section I above.
The County hereby authorizes and directs the Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute, and deliver all
applications and act on the County's behalf in all matters pertaining to all such application.
If an amend me nt to the Stand a rd Agree me nt is a pp roved as contemplated above, the Chief Ad min istrative Officer,
mrdesignee, |sauthorized toenter into, execute and deliver amamendment tothe Standard Agreement and any
and all other documentation why may be required by the State from time to time for the purposes of this grant.
If an, amendment to the Standard Agreement approved, the Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, is
authorized tusign and submit Fund Requests and all required reporting forms and other documentation asmay
be required by the State of California from time to time in connection with the grant.
