This is in response to your January 7, 2021 letter and a January 29, 2021 letter
from Ms. Teri Smyly that submitted status updates regarding the overdue items identified
in our July 20, 2020, September 16, 2020, and November 24, 2020 letters.
The submitted status updates in Enclosure 1 of the January 29, 2021 letter are
safety-related items or extension of time requests to address the items in a more timely
manner moving forward, as outlined in your January 7, 2021 letter. The extensions of
