Dear Members of the Board of Supervisors,
I wanted to reach out again and thank you for extending this wonderful opportunity. I look forward
to future discussions on how the Information Services Department can better serve the Board and
the County at large.
As an aside, I did make note of some audio issues at today’s meeting that were parallel to the issues
faced at my interview. My Assistant Director and I have a meeting scheduled with a few subject
matter experts to determine root cause and resolution options. I will certainly communicate findings
and keep you informed of progress.
