PG&E also filed an application for authorization with the California Department of Water Resources, Division of Safety of Dams (DSOD), on August 26, 2020. DSOD provided comments on the application package in correspondence received on November 19, 2020 requesting that PG&E address several comments and clarify several technical documents. The enclosed engineer-of-record memorandum (Enclosure 1), responds to both DSOD and FERC comments. application for authorization to proceed with the work, please find the following documentation enclosed with this letter for FERC review: Engineer-of-record memorandum addressing agency (FERC and DSOD) comments, dated December 16, 2020 (Enclosure 1) Revised investigation work plan, prepared by Mead & Hunt and dated December 16, 2020 (Enclosure 2) Mr. Frank L. As a result of the ongoing shelter-in-place orders issued by the State of California in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, nonessential PG&E staff are working remotely, and hard copy filings are not possible at this time.
