Afternoon,
Moments ago a Supplemental Agenda was released to include Item 4.14, Item 4.15 and Item 4.16.
Unfortunately, the staff report for Item 4.14 is too large to send via email – however you can quickly
access it here. If you had previously downloaded the agenda to your iPad, you will need to re-
download the agenda packet on iLegislate for it to appear on your device.
Take care,
Ashley N. Snyder

Abatement Enforcement Mechanisms in the North Complex Fire Area Pursuant to California
Government Code sections 25123(d) and 25131, County Administration and County Counsel

clean up and while hazard tree removal is pending. Additionally, the amendments provide for
specific abatement procedures for noncompliant parcels containing fire debris, including
summary abatement, notice and hearing procedures, in addition to a lien process for abatement
and administrative costs. The urgency ordinance would take effect immediately and will remain
in effect from the date of adoption until the completion of debris and hazard tree removal from
the North Complex Fire area or as otherwise modified by the Board of Supervisors action
