Board Members,
As you’ve been hearing from Public Health, putting on COVID vaccination clinics is staff intensive
work. Clinics will soon be expanding, and PH could use volunteers to help run the clinics. Other than
doing the actual injections, all other jobs are fairly routine, such as traffic control, data entry, parking
attendants, etc. The jobs would be assigned on the spot, depending on the immediate need.
I’m attaching a spreadsheet that allows you to register as a volunteer for the clinics. Your names
would be added to the list of volunteers and you’d be called on as needed. If we have enough
individuals sign up, PH may only need you to work a couple of clinics.
One thing to keep in mind is that clinic volunteers are considered part of the medical group, and
therefore would qualify for vaccination prior to the clinics.
If any of you are interested in volunteering, please fill out your information in the attached
spreadsheet and send back to me. I will compile and forward it to PH.
Thanks,
Andy
