I certify that all of the information submitted is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I have read and acknowledge the permit requirements as set forth below (page 2) and agree to comply with them. 1.Transitory housing is limited to a maximum of two (2) recreational vehicles, travel trailers, truck campersor movable tiny homes that are self-contained with potable water and sewage disposal tanks, currently registered with the California Department of Motor Vehicles, and not on a permanent foundation.
2.Occupancy of transitory dwellings is limited to a county resident or residents whose residential dwellinghas been damaged or destroyed by the Camp Fire.
3.The applicant shall have either a signed and submitted Cal OES Right of Entry Agreement, an approved Alternative Debris Removal Program Pan, or clearance from Butte County Environmental Health that theproperty is not subject to either program.
