There are 2 structures on APN 064-340-005 Lot 55, Bk 30 Maps.
One building is 700sf and is used as a dwelling
One building is 450sf and is a detached garage.
The 2 buildings on APN 064-340-005 are not permitted. ! need to merge to eliminate a
property line between the 2 lots in order to use the septic on APN 064-340-004 for the
dwelling on APN 064-340-005.
I am currently in the process of having engineered drawings made for both buildings.
When drawings are completed, I will be obtaining building permits for structures
constructed without permits.
