Good afternoon Board –
This afternoon – we submitted the attached letter outlining some concerns we’ve identified
regarding the proposed changes to FEMA regulatory language (which impact Public Assistance) and
the timing of these changes. As we didn’t have time to take this matter before the Board, we put
the comments on Andy’s letterhead, and had the comments come directly from him.
