Board Members,
At next week’s Board meeting during CAO Comments I will be discussing the process and conditions
under which we allow more people, including the public, back into the Board Chambers. I’m letting
you know in advance to give you time to gather your thoughts and preferences. The current
configuration of the Board Room is based on having no public and minimal staff in the room. As we
shift into having more people in the Chambers we will need to reconfigure the room.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts next Tuesday.
