Board Members,
We are currently experiencing a technical glitch with Granicus eComments. When people submit
their comment they are receiving an error message that says “... you may need to re-submit your
request.”
We have tested the system and we are receiving eComments despite the error message. This glitch
is on the Granicus side, and we are working with them to have it fixed.
Meanwhile, we’ve added a banner to the BOS meeting website where eComments are accessed
notifying people of this glitch.
