Found iron pipes at several of corners of Lot 104 as shown on 18 M 8 & 9 and the street centerline monuments.
The angle point on the Northerly line was found laying horizontal in the ivy burned and was reestablished and reset per
said Subdivision Map using standard surveying practices.
Set 3/4" iron pipe tagged L.S. 5181 and found monuments as shown on page 2 of 2..
