Drain Field Operational Observations
Perform Hydraulic Load Test.
Introduce water through the outlet. Minimum of 50 gallons of water.
Signs of Leach Line Failure: Yes X No
Surfacing Water □ Moist Soil □ Backflow Into Tank For Over 30 Minutes X
Other □ Explain. The Load Test indicates that the Absorption Field is NOT working normally at this time, possibly due to root problem.
