contactedyousoyoucouldn’tusewhateversillyexcuseyouthinkyoucouldpassontothe
publictodenythemattendanceasagrouptogether.
Idon’tlikethedeceptivewayyouputopeningupthemeetingsontheagendaafter
eCommentsweresubmitting.(Thisiswhatweweretoldbythewomaninthelobby.)
Therefore,makingyounegligentinproperlynotifyingthepublic.Ihaveattachedtheemail
fromSupervisorTeetertomyself(seebelow).
Heaskedmetosay,“WhyisButtenottakingtheleadoninvitingpublicback?”Icouldn’tsay
thatbecausetheotherboardshaveopenmeetings.Infact,Ipersonallyattendedonemany
monthsago.ItoldthistoBillConnellyonourtelephoneconversationbackinSeptember.
HealsoaskedmetocontacttheotherSupervisorswithexamplesofothermeetingspacesopen
topublic(movietheater).ThisisNOTmyjob.IhaveNOcontroloverthisboard.Youmust
dothis.However,thiscamefromSupervisorTeeter.Hispointwasyourfacilityisunableto
properlyaccommodatethepublicasawhole.
ThepointIwanttoclearlymakeis:WEWANTTOBEINSIDE,SITTINGNEXTTOEACH
OTHER,VOICINGOURCONCERNS.Onlyoneofwhichistovideothemeeting.
IADVISEYOUNOTTOLIMITUSINANYWAY.PLEASEREVISITTHEBROWN
ACT.WEHAVEMANYRIGHTSINTHISDOCUMENT.
IcanNOTdoyourjob,asSupervisorTeetersuggestedbelow.Idon’tknowyourlogistical
problems,etc.However,Idemandtobetreatedfairlyandrespectfullywitheveryoneinsideto
addressthisbody.
