Re: External Audit of Owner Dam Safety Program (ODSP) Request
Dear Mr. Moseley:
Our records indicate that the SFWPA Owners Dam Safety Program (ODSP)
document has not been updated since 2013. An ODSP should be updated whenever there
are organizational changes or changes to your dam safety program. In addition, an
external audit is required to be performed every five years. The proposed external
must be submitted to this office for our review and acceptance prior to
performing the audit. Please refer to our February 12, 2020 Annual Letter for more
information, as well as our website below:

Within 30 days from the date of this letter, provide a plan and schedule to submit
an updated ODSP and perform an external audit of the ODSP. We appreciate your
dam safety program. If you
