Good afternoon ISRs,
I wanted to take a minute to send a short email reminder for you to keep encouraging your users to
use the Phish Alert button to report any type of suspicious emails. We have systems in place that will
analyze each and every reported email to that system. These systems use AI and Human Checks
(when required) to identify Spam, Bulk, Risky, Malicious and other email types of bad email. It will
use that information to then prevent future risky emails from coming to user’s inbox. The more data
that those systems can get, the better our email security will be.
So always use the button!
And, if the user catches one of our Phishing Campaigns, they will be advised that they did so!
Thanks.
