foraperiodofsevendaysunlessithas
beenratifiedbytheboardof
supervisors.Theboardofsupervisors,
shallreview,atleastevery30days

terminated,theneedofcontinuingthe

proclaimconditionswarrantthe

emergencymeetingbecalled
immediately.Itisofgreatinterestto
thepublicthatthisboardendthelocal
healthemergency,asrequiredbylaw,
basedonoverwhelmingevidence
submittedtothisboardoverthelast
year.

fallacy.ThestateofCaliforniais

fairnessincomparisontoeveryother
state.Wecanputouttherethe‘what

atourhistory.Theywillfuss,theywill

this’,butintheend,thestatemust
