Board Members,
Granicus is once again sending out an error message when constituents submit eComments. This
happened during last Board meeting as well. We’ve tested the system and the eComments are
getting through.
We have placed a notice on the website where eComments are made to let people know that their
comments are reaching us, error message notwithstanding.
We continue to work with Granicus to have them fix the issue.
