Board Members,
Today I received a resignation letter from Jennifer Macarthy. She has accepted a position with the
City of Chico to be their Deputy City Manager, pending approval from the City Council. The Council
will have her contract on the 4/20 agenda. Jen’s last day with us will be April 16.
This is a big loss for us. Jen returned to the County last summer through a 3 year community
development grant from the North Valley Community Foundation and has been doing great work.
Our office will pick up the pieces while we look for her replacement. I will keep you apprised on this
development.
