Supervisors:
Based on the proclamation made by the woman, concealing her identity with a face mask (I can
only presume was an employee acting under orders of the Board of Supervisors and County
Counsel) made a proclamation that the Board of Supervisors is NOT open to the public by
making sure the doors were locked and securely closed. Therefore, since we have a right to rely
upon personnel of the Board of Supervisors and County Counsel we can only conclude that at
that moment there is NO Boards of Supervisors. Therefore, as of March 9, 2021 @ 8:57 A.M.
when the proclamation was made you ceased to be the Board of Supervisors and any and all
orders dated after this date are NOT valid but are void. There is no longer a Board of Supervisors
in Butte County.
Those chambers belong to we the people and they need to be re-opened.
