Dear Mr. Vinson,
Additional information is requested to continue analysis of Minor Use Permit for a Special Events facility (MUP21-0001) located at 170 Casierra Drive, in Magalia.
1. To property evaluate the type and load potential of the bridge that spans the Hendricks Canal, we require a photo or photos of the crossing. 2. Proposed occupancy and use of the indoor venue, i.e. number of guests and for what purpose will they be located at the indoor venue. Please provide more clarity on how many people will be utilizing the indoor section and for what purpose. 3. Site Plan revision to show the full extent of Casierra Drive as it traverses the property to connect with the PG&E property to the west noting connection to Powellton Road and
location of drive ways. 4. Informational item: Operational period no more than 12 hours per day within 7 am to 10 pm, weekdays or 9 am to 10 pm weekends.
