PG&E submitted a copy of the spillway assessment report to your office on January 2, 2018, and received FERC’s comment on the report in a letter dated March 2, 2021. FERC’s letter requested that PG&E provide a plan and schedule to address the recommendations presented in the spillway assessment report. In response to FERC’s request, PG&E has prepared a table listing the recommendations along with a summary of PG&E’s efforts to address the recommendations and PG&E’s plans and schedules to address the items that have not yet been resolved. A copy of the table is enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1).
