Notice of Intention to Lease Real Property
This notice is hereby given that the Lease Agreement between the Palermo
Union School District (PUSD), a California public school district and the
County of Butte, a political subdivision of the State of California, for the fifty
(50) year lease of a portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 026-152-001-000,
commonly known as Fire Station 72 – Palermo located at 2290 Palermo Road,
Palermo, California, expires on June 30, 2021.
The Butte County Department of General Services on behalf of the Butte
County Fire Department is currently negotiating a new 50 year lease
tentatively scheduled for consideration at the June 22, 2021 Butte County
Board of Supervisors Meeting.
