The WSSSR provides an additional layer of vaccine safety review for California and other western states. If authorized by the CDC and WSSSR, Butte County will follow these recommendations and offer Pfizer to persons age 12 and older. At this time, it is unknown how long the CDC and WSSSR review and authorization will take. If authorized, Butte County Public Health will provide an update to the public.
