Subject: Increase in SPAM/BULK Email
Good morning ISR’s,
I have been seeing an increase in bulk emails relating to Mortgage Assistance, Refinancing,
Retirement Assistance and so on. I am sure you have too.
Please keep encouraging your users to use the Phish Alert button. Throughout the day I will monitor
those reports and when I see multiples of the same SPAM, I will block the sender. But further, we
have a great tool that allows us to actually rip all emails out of everyone’s email boxes automatically,
thus preventing them from even seeing the spam and eliminate the possibility of clicks.
