BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WORKSHOP FOR NORTH CHICO VILLAGE VISION PLAN TO BE HELD ON MAY 25
Oroville, CA — Butte County is undertaking a planning process for the North Chico Village area of the North Chico Specific
Plan. Based on meetings and activities with the community, the North Chico Village Vision Plan combines community-based
design ideas with the very latest planning concepts and strategies. The North Chico Village Vision Plan articulates a land use
concept that forms the basis for continued land use planning efforts for the development of the North Chico Village area.
Following recent direction from the Planning Commission, the Butte County Board of Supervisors will hold a public workshop
at 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, to review the North Chico Village Vision Plan and provide direction to staff on May 25,
2021 at 10:00am. This workshop will be open to the public, but will have limited capacity in the meeting chambers due
to protocols established under the Governor’s Executive Orders for COVID 19 community response. Those in attendance
will be required to wear a face mask or face shield at all times, as well as maintain social distancing. Members of the
public who wish to participate remotely are encouraged to register in advance of the hearing by one of the following ways:
