WHEREAS, the Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Board of Supervisors to enter
into the State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) Partnerships for Success
(PFS) Project Services for FY 2017-2018 through 202.0-2021; and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires the Butte County Board of Supervisors to authorize Scott Kennelly, Director, of the
Department of Behavioral Health to sign the agreement and all amendments for FY 2020-2021; and
NI OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the
Department of Behavioral Health to accept this revenue agreement with the DHCS and to accept above described
previsions of this agreement.
