HomeMy WebLinkAbout21-053WHEREAS, Streets & Highway Code section 2121 provides that in May of each year County shall submit to the
Department of Transportation, State of California, any additions or exclusions from its mileage of maintained County
roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or excluded; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation, State of California, in 2020 certified to the State Controller that the
total mileage of maintained County roads in Butte County was 1,285,319 miles; and

WHEREAS, Butte County now finds that the total mileage of maintained County roads is 1,278.949, miles;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the total mileage of maintained County roads decreased to 1,278.949
