(BCDBH), has announced her retirement effective June 18, 2021; and
WHEREAS, Dawn began her career with the County ofButte onAugust 18,19q0 as Counselor inYouth Services
HERE Program (Homeless Emergency Runaway Efford,and transferred tn Paradise imthe Youth Services Bridge Program
(Bridge was aYouth, Services Outreach Prognann). She served imvarious positions ofincreasing responsibilities inDrug and
Alcohol Services, Clinician U,interim Supervisor, and was promoted tuClinical Supervisor VuAugust 21,20D6.Thereafter
she served in her current position as a Program Manager, Clinical Services since December 8, 2012; and
WHEREAS, Dawn has devoted her careerto improving the Wes of children,, families and adults and has taken great
pride in her job as a public servant conducting herself with the highest level of integrity and responsibility; and
WHEREAS, as a Program Manager, 0imica| Services, Dawn dedicated herself to providing exceUent customer
service to clients and their families, and valued the role of providing clinical supervision, educating and empowering staff
toprovide the highest quai|ityofwork; and
WHEREAS, Dovvm has worked diligently for the past 3,0 and years in the best interest of Butte County and its
residents, earning the respect nfher �BCDBH colleagues, employees, Chico State University, contract providers and the
many clients she served over the years.
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E[TRESOLVED that the Butte County Board ofSupervisors hereby extends its appreciation
for your many years mfdedicated service.
