Dear Mr. Ferreri:
At the Planning Commission meeting held on May 20, 2021, your request for a Conditional Use Permit to
construct a wireless telecommunication facility that includes an 82-foot tall faux monopine and related
ground equipment was approved with conditions. Should you desire to appeal any of the decision by the
Planning Commission, you must do so in writing, prior to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 1, 2021 to the:
Clerk of the Board
25 County Center Drive
Oroville, California, 95965
The appeal fee of $746.00 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal, and there is no other appeal
within the 10 calendar-day appeal period, the action of the Planning Commission is final.
The conditions of approval must be met within twenty-four (24) months from the date of approval by
the Butte County Planning Commission or the approval will be considered null and void. The applicant
may request an Extension of Time (Article 34, BCC Section 24-247 C), up to one additional year, with
the Zoning Administrator.
Enclosed is a copy of the Conditional Use Permit with the Conditions of Approval. Your signature is
required on the last page. Please sign and return one copy to Development Services within 15 days (June
3, 2021) of approval. You can email me a signed copy.
