With the State reopening and many restrictions being lifted, there has never been a
more important time to schedule your COVID-19 vaccination.All COVID-19 vaccines
currently available are proven safe and effective at preventing illness and are
highly effective at preventing severe illness, hospitalization and death.
The widespread adoption of the vaccine has slowed the spread of COVID-19 across
the nation and here in Butte County. Over 90,000 Butte County residents, who are
eligible, have received at least one dose of the vaccine. This is amazing progress.
Thank you to those who have already chosen to get vaccinated!
Butte County Public Health continues to encourage everyone, ages 12 and
older to get vaccinated. There are many vaccination sites conveniently located
throughout Butte County, including community vaccination clinics and retail
pharmacies. Most COVID-19 vaccination clinics accept walk-ins:
