“...deaths are a result of social isolation, drug overdoses, missed cancer screenings, and a whole range of things...”

Your draconian, unfair, inconsistent restrictions are harming Butte County negatively impacting businesses,
families, churches (religious beliefs), and Constitutional freedoms given by almighty God. Cease and desist
immediately!
You five have infringed on fundamental freedoms based on a virus that is 99.97% survivable.
I (and all others in Butte County) have a right to worship, peacefully assemble, and to petition the government
(especially locally) for redress of grievances without being discriminated against by those in authority (namely
Supervisors: Teeter, Connelly, Lucero, Kimmelshue, & Ritter).
Remove Butte County from a state of emergency!
