April 29, 2021, and FERC provided comments in a letter to PG&E dated June 17, 2021. s June 17, 2021 comments are provided in Enclosure 1. Updated construction documents (Enclosures 2 through 5) are also provided in response , as referenced in Enclosure 1. PG&E plans to perform the access improvements at the earliest, safe opportunity after this letter is submitted. Ongoing shelter-in-place orders issued by the State of California in response to the COVID-19 pandemic require that nonessential PG&E staff work remotely, and hard copy filings are not practical at this time. If FERC requires hard copies of this letter and/or enclosures, please contact the license coordinator identified below. If necessary, hard copies will be sent after the shelter-in-place restrictions have been lifted and PG&E staff have returned to their normal work locations.
